Luis “Slow Mo” Castro is running for re-election for a chair on the school board representing Area 2 in Los Banos California.

His school board record, professionalism and his character are impeccable but his cross over and jump shot could use some work.

Luis stands by his motto “Giving Students the Best Opportunity!”

Luis was born and grew up in Los Banos where he and his siblings attending the Los Banos School District.

Now, he and his wife have 3 children growing up through the same schools that Luis attended.

Luis wants to continue to grow and dedicate himself and his passion to the school district.
