Otto has not had a luxurious lifestyle.

He has been homeless for many years.

He was discovered taking a bath in the flooded waters of the deep south.

Otto is one palindrome that was not scared of taking a bath in the flooding waters.

He doesn’t care as he needs to wash his dirty ass.

Local Resident Jen Flowers doesn’t want to see the homeless take a bath in flood waters.

“We have enough to worry about with the flooding waters but now we have to watch the homeless take a bath in it now? I will not stand for that!” She said.

What she doesn't realize is that if these flood waters continue, Jen will be bathing with Otto as her home will be destroyed and she will be homeless too.
