What a mess this album turned out to be. The three songs are excellent, but the process has been a nightmare and continues to be a nightmare to this day.

Slated to be released in 2006, then 2007, then 2008, 2009? Nope. You had to wait until 2012 and it wasn’t going to be a full album.

The release is basically three songs with it clocking in at 40 minutes. The album name Time was renamed to Time I. Time II was slated to be released in 2013, then 2014, then 2015. Nope. We are still waiting.

I was one of the dummies that gave them $50 for their 3^rd album The Forest Season which was a decent album. I like two songs so at $25 bucks a pop, I guess that is a good deal.

“Sons of Winter and Stars” and “Time” are the highlights from this album.

Only 7 songs since 2004 is hard to swallow. Luckily, I no longer follow Wintersun on any social media networks and I’ve never been happier.
