Title: New England is Tired of 12 Inches and Prefers 6! |
![]() |
![]() Here comes another 12 inches! Another 12 inches of pounding from sleet, freezing rain and snow. The energy behind the massacre is always cold. From November to March of every year, the cold hard pounding takes place. Most New Englanders nowadays prefer a mild 6-inch storm that comes by every once and a while instead of deep pounding every time a storm enters the area. New Englanders are sore after these storms especially from cleanup efforts as it can take hours. Sometimes they get dumped on again hours later. Another long cleanup that sometimes extends into the late morning hours. Here comes another round at 8 AM. Are you ready? Platty’s Editor Note: What's 12 inches, pink, and throbs?
