Some people call it butterflying but Melanie Smith prefers the term spatchcocking.

She is hoping that she will be spatchcocked by her husband later that evening.

Just like a bird she too is looking to be split down the middle.

She holds her hands split to her face displaying her excitement that her legs will soon be spatchcocked.

She cannot wait to be boned and flattened.

It’s been almost a year since the last time I was spatchcocked and I am feeling a bit jealous that Melanie gets to enjoy the process more frequently.
