Amon Amarth is another band with a name from the Lord of the Rings.

The band from Mount Doom released their first album Once Sent from the Golden Halls.

These giants from Sweden hit the scene running full speed and heads banging with this album.

I got ahold of this album thanks to Napster back in the day. I did of course do the right thing and purchased this album instead of getting it for free after I listened to it.

Olavi Mikkonen is one hell of a song writer and Johan Hegg composing the Viking lyrics brings this album together.

My 11% Viking is kicking in and I'm ready for my own "Victorious March".
